    CX Racing Front Mount Heat Exchanger features tig welded all aluminum heat exchanger . This light weight heat exchanger offers greater fluid holding capacity , and mounts in the front fascia for greater cooling efficiency. The stock heat exchanger mounts between the ac condenser and the stock radiator . This cuts down the stock cooling efficiency greatly and produces greater heat soak of booth the heat exchanger and the stock radiator. The stock ac condenser , heat exchanger and radiator are installed so close to each other there is not much air dispersion between them . By mounting the heat exchanger up front , greater cooling of the supercharger is attained thus yielding lower temperatures , greater performance , and elongated life of the supercharger itself.

    **This kit features large -12 stainless steel braided hose , all aluminum fittings , steel mounting brackets and all clamps and bolts needed for installation. This is a complete kit that can be bolted on with or without removing the stock heat exchanger.     Snow Performance has developed a new Stage-2 Boost Cooler™ water/methanol injection system for ’96 + GM mass air flow equipped vehicles that uses a new Digital Variable Controller that varies the quantity injected with the engines mass air flow. Because the correct amount is injected at all RPM/engine loads, power and drivability is much improved over the typical on-off systems. The Variable Controller features adjustments for onset mass air flow level and full quantity mass air flow level so the injection curve can be maximized for each application and can be mounted under hood or on the dash for adjustments while driving. The Digital Controller reads the frequency output from the GM MAF sensor to the PCM and varies the injection quantity accordingly.

    The ZZP 1/2" aluminum spacer plate raises your blower 1/2" for improved airflow into the lower intake manifold. The spacer features an Oring which eliminates sealing issues and the need for a gasket between the blower and spacer. It has two 1/8" NPT ports. They can be plugged, used for methanol injection and/or an extra vacuum port.

    Raising the blower 1/2" will affect the belt length required. A smaller pulley must be used or your stock belt will be too short. A stock belt will work with pulley sizes 2.7-3.0. To run 2.6" or smaller pulleys you will want a shorter belt, larger tensioner pulley or our adjustable tensioner
